Returns can only be accepted if:
The item has not been installed
The item is still packed in the original packaging materials and packaging is unopened
The Buyer contacts SpaTotaal to request permission to return the item within 1 week after receipt
Spa-Plus provides written permission for the return
The Buyer pays for the shipping fees
Spa-Plus will inspect the returned item to determine if it is still suitable for sale.
If the returned item is deemed suitable for sale, the Buyer will be credited after a restocking fee of 10% is assessed.
No refunds are given.
